GET STARTED : The Perfect Pull Up
- Grasp the bar with both hands shoulder-width apart, palms facing forward.
- Suspend yourself by fully locking your arms and elbows.
- Pull yourself up until your chin is above the bar.
- Keep your back straight, relax your neck and move your shoulders away from your ears. Contract your chest throughout the movement.
- Slowly lower yourself in a controlled manner until your arms return to the starting position, which is straight and fully extended.
